It is such a blessing to practice this style of yoga with a teacher who is not only tremendously professional and very experienced but is also so attentive to each student's needs. I feel uplifted from the very moment I arrive in the studio and always Ieave feeling so regenerated. Can't wait for my next aerial class with Sean !

(5/5) I studied Tai Chi in both Los Ángeles and San Francisco with master teachers many years ago. I recently felt a need to begin Tai Chi again and finding the teacher was the challenge. Much to my amazement, I have discovered an amazing master teacher here in Puerto Vallarta where I now live. Sean is able to attune himself to the needs/level of the student.
