Michelle Nava has a wonderful, compassionate, patient and inspiring methodology to her teachings. Her depth of knowledge about the internal human body and its connectivity to the external world is astounding. More than a yoga teacher, Michelle is a healer, with an uncanny knack for identifying injuries and blockages both physical and emotional and is kind enough to share these gift through her community.
