Leilani’s gong bath always sends me into a deeply restorative state and her kind heart, incredible knowledge and welcoming energy is always so supportive and nurturing. Highly recommended!

She has a lighthearted way of holding space & providing a complete practice from the start with a moment for intentions, and continues with clarity in her words & guidance throughout the yoga practice. Her soft gentle voice & direction is welcoming, clear & encouraging. Sessions conclude with gong sound healing which is an invaluable added bonus that resets my body’s frequencies & make me feel whole, rejuvenated & in alignment. It’s always a joy for me to start or end the day with a joyful peace & gentle strength after a session with Leilani. (5/5) Leilani Clark as an experienced provider. I have been attending her Kundalini yoga classes for over a year now. I love starting my day with Leilani and the other students that gravitate towards her class. For me Kundalini yoga really gets me out of my head (I have ADHD) and into my body. Each class includes meditation and sound healing with her Gongs. It is the perfect place to move your body and reset your mind and soul. Often breath work is included in her classes which I can tell really helps my nervous system feel calm. I love that Leliani has a great mix of science and woo woo in her teachings. She is able to explain how each move helps us from a science research based perspective as well as a spiritual standpoint as both are important. Leilani’s class is always a joyful place with calm and peaceful laughter - it is a great place to come if you’re feeling happy or if you’re feeling down.

(5/5) I am grateful to have found Leilani from Inner Explorer Yoga in my mental and emotional healing journey. She processes an amazing gift of ease, compassion, understanding, positive vibes, caring, and a very open-minded person. I was not a believer in therapy until I met Leilani. I found the therapy I attended prior was not helping me heal my personal crisis that I desperately want to find peace, resolutions, and a healing path, instead I felt as if the the endless un-lit tunnel never reached a destination. Leilani’s approaches that include connecting mind, body, spirit, and shifting my perspectives and beliefs resonate deep in me and it works for me. Our sessions take place via zoom, and it is just as affective if not more than go into an office setting. Thank You, Leilani, for walking with me to find my self-worth, my sovereignty and my emotional and mental healing.
