(5/5) Luz, tranquilidad, armonía que se transmiten por medio del espacio. Esta genial para tomar clases ahí. Me he encontrado con excelentes maestros que ponden a disposición sus clases en Shaktany. Está súper bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Me parece el mejor estudio en San Miguel, desde todos los puntos de vista.

(5/5) I was hard-pressed to find good yoga here in San Miguel. As a former yoga teacher myself, my standards may be higher than most. I have been blessed to find Mary Bolton. Poetic, grounded, her classes are gentle, expanding and effective. I go every Tuesday to her 10 AM class and I’m trying to figure out how to get to the Saturday 10 AM more regularly. I highly recommend!

(5/5) Great yoga place and Tanya is one marvelous teacher. A fit for someone with almost any level of yoga background. The room and location are also both very sweet. I am a frequent visitor, and almost now a part-time resident, of San Miguel — and glad this studio is here.
